Happy weekend!

Sun is shining here! A very good start of the weekend! Last week I didn't have a heavy and dutiful schedule, so I could do a lot in my 'atelier'. So coming week I can show a lot of work. And I start today!

When I discovered Emma's shoppe by Crate Paper I ordered some chipboard embellishments and journals as well. I love the result of others shown on the internet. But to work with it it is a bit hard. I really don't know where to put the embellishments and how to use the journal cards. Strange, isn't it? But I've just given it a try and well, here it is!

I'm still not satisfied with the quality of my pictures. How do you make your photo's? Just with daylight of with a (special) lamp?

Thanks for your visit and enjoy your weekend!

Supplies:
Paper: Emma's shoppe by crate paper, kraft and white cardstok
Stamp: WMS Teeny trees
Ink: Memento Tuxedo black
Others: ribbon, lace, martha stewart border punch, strass

  2. Hi Gerdine, love your card it's beautiful, a fab mix of colours and elements.

I now photograph all my cards in a light tent, my hubby got me it for Xmas. But I found my pics were still too dark, so bought 2 small desk lamps to shine light either side of the tent and it makes such a difference. I've also got Aperture function on my Mac, so can alter the exposure and shadows on my cards. I now won't post a card unless I've adjusted the exposure on the computer it really makes a big difference. Hope this helps xx
