Waltzingmouse Sketch challenge #84

At the very last moment I decided to join the WMS Sketch Challenge! And of course I had to use the new papers I bought last Wednesday (Picadilly by Basic Grey). It isn't the first card I made with Picadilly, that one I still owe you. It will come later, when the light is better. For this picture I was actually a bit to late to photograph it.

I used the sentiment from Teeny Trees and the dollar sign from Rescue Remedies. I add Some buttons, ribbon, twine and the MFT notebook die. The digital image is available at the etsy shop from 'made by Janet' .

It was again a pleasure to join the Challenge! Thanks for the sketch!
Have a nice weekend! And thanks for coming by!

WMS Sketch challenge #40

It has been a long time ago since I blogged something. It has been very busy weeks and I didn't do much creative activities. But yesterday I made a name banner in stead of a babycard for a little girl who is born into a family of our church. And this morning I saw the sketch for this week from Waltzingmouse. Easy-peasy for this week for me! I made it already. That's real fun!! Well, to be honest, it's not really a look-a-like, but I hope you'll like it!
This is the sketch...

And this is my banner:

I used paper from Eline Pellinkhof . The letters are from cuttlekids alphabet.
Hope you enjoyed it!

Thanks for visiting!

WMS Challenge Sketch # 38 and a flower corsage

Here is my contribution for the Challenge Sketch from Waltzingmouse for this week. This is the sketch:

And this is my card:

I used off beat backgrounds from WMS, Polka dot basics from PTI and the sentiment is also from PTI. The cupcake die is very new to me. I bought it this morning in our local craft shop. The die is designed by Marianne Design.

I like to show a flower corsage as well. The quality of the picture could be better, but it gives an idea. Just made with felt and several sizes of scalloped circles.

Thank you for your visit!

WMS sketch challenge # 37

It has been a busy week and I didn't make any card for this week... For the WMS sketch challenge I use a card I made last summer. Unfortunately I didn't have WMS stamps at that time. But it fits perfectly with the challenge, so I like to post it as it is allowed to post a card without WMS stamps.

I used papers from the Girls Paperie and Pebbles.

Thank you, ladies from WMS Sketch Challenge for this sketch!

WMS Sketch Challenge # 36

Hooray hooray, finally the sun is shining here after many grey days!! Spring is coming! So I made a card for the WMS Challenge #36  with some spring colours! This is the sketch for this week:

Two weeks ago I get the flower die by Marianne Design. It is a set from 5 different sizes and I used it for many times till now. I die cut the flowers with Basic grey Hopscotch.
I stamped the background with the WMS Off beat background in Pear green. The sentiment from Teeny trees is stamped on the smallest of Labels 1 by Spellbinders. The frame for labels 1 is stamped with the PTI set.

I think I'll send this card to my sister who lives and works in Brazil!! Thanks for visiting and hopefully you can enjoy sunshine as well for today!

A couple of weeks ago I made this card for a little boy who was born. When I saw the sketch for this week from the Waltzingmouse Sketch Challenge I thought: this card fits perfectly for this week!
The background paper is from Jillibean, the stars are made from Sassafras Lass (Indie Girl). The stamp is from Eline Pellinkhof.

WMS Challenge #34

Yesterday evening I made my card for the Waltzingmouse Sketch Challenge for this week. This is the sketch:

This cute boy shows my card .

I saw on you tube the technic to make the roses. So I tried and this was my result with felt! I really like them. And it is so easy to do! I made more with scrappaper. There is just one question: do the postman like the roses also? Or would it be destroyed when you send a card with these roses to someone?

For the background I used Text it and the sentiment is from Teeny Trees. Both sets are from Waltzingmouse.

Thank you for your visit!

My first challenge - WMS #31

I tried to make the sketch from Waltzingmouse Challenge # 31. This is the sketch:
And this is my card. I used the Off Beat background stamp. I distressed the background paper with antique linen and stamped it with Memento ink - ruburb stalk. The paper is from October afternoon. I think I like it!
