WMS Sketch challenge # 35
A couple of weeks ago I made this card for a little boy who was born. When I saw the sketch for this week from the Waltzingmouse Sketch Challenge I thought: this card fits perfectly for this week!

Birthday in the air
So, stress is over! Yesterday I finished my tests for this term. Last september I started with an part-time education to get a degree in English. It's really fun to do, but this week was a little bit stressfull. Actually, it is not really finished, because next Thursday I will have an oral test and a listening test. But for these tests I can't learn, it's just about acquired skills so there will be time for other activities!!
In a week full of learning you need some relaxation and of course I made some cards. Today I like to show this one.
I used the Teeny trees from Waltzingmouse stamps and Up, Up & Away from Papertrey Ink.
Paper is from Jillibean and Sassafras Lass.

A start!
In February 2010 I started with making cards with scrap paper and stamps. Without any knowledge I have found my way through cardmaking-land. On the WWW I found the most beautiful and inspiring cards. I try to develop myself with the help of many bloggers who show their work and technics, You Tube and many brands of papers and stamps! So maybe, now it is the time to show something of my own work! But to be honest it feels scary...
My first card to show is made with Indie Girl from Sassafras Lass. It is very simple, but I think my style is: less is more!
