Inspired by PTI's Make it Monday I made this card. I used PTI's Natural beauties. The flowers are two-step-stamps. I inked the leaves stamp first with a lighter green and the edges were softly pressed in a darker green. I used a text stamp for some filling and I used distress ink and a drop of water for the water colour look. The sentiment is from PTI's mini blooms.
Enjoy your weekend!

Mini Blooms
I don't do it very often, but mass production of cards is sometimes needed. I had to create a few birthday cards as well as some 'hello' cards. I sent only a few christmas cards, but I got more. I really wanted them to have a card back and for some others just for fun. So I made some "January" cards. Just to say hello! And don't you agree that receiving cards in January is even nicer in those gloomy days? So, I pulled out the Mini Blooms set from Papertrey Ink and ink pads and got stamping! I added a strip of patterned paper from Simple Stories with some stitches and that was it! I made a bunch of cards and will make a few more. Easy for stash!
Thanks for stopping by and have a nice day!

Happy Birthday, Marit!
Today is Marit's birthday and I made her this card with MME Nostalgia and Paired Up from Clearly Besotted Stamps. The sentiment is from PTI's Mini Blooms.
Happy Birthday, Marit! I wish you lots of creativity in the year to come.
The card is on its way.
I link this card to the blog of Clearly Besotted Stamps where the very first challenge is 'Anything goes'. I possess two sets of CBS so far, but there are more on my wishlist. For this card I used the branch with leaves and blossoms from Paired Up, but lucky me, that's enough for the challenge.
Back to work now. This week and next week will be busy with tests and exams.
I won't be able to comment on all your blogs, but I try to read them in my feed reader as much as possible.
Thanks for stopping by.

Enjoy your birthday!
Finally, sun is shining!I think the whole country was longing for this moment after many cloudy days in a row. Unfortunately, I caught a bad cold last week and I'm still sneezing and trying to find my voice...
Despite this cold I made a few cards this weekend. Today one which is made with PTI's mini blooms dies and stamps, birthday die and some MME's papers from 'Follow your Heart'.
A softy, pastel card.

To you. From me. With love.
I know, I know... Again another card without patterned papers. In the coming days I'm going to try a card with patterned paper!
Promised :)
For this card I used the big flower in the Rosie Posie stamp set. I didn't know how to use this stamp, until I saw someone using a scalloped circle as shape for this flower and that's the trick! With the Rosie Posie step 2 set you can add a bit more to this flower.
I used the small flower stamps as a background and added some leaves from the Mini Blooms set. Sentiment is from the latter set as well.
Enjoy today! Hopefully a day without only dark clouds, but a few glimpses of sunshine as well...

Hello there!
Today a card which I've made with some left overs from the Basic Grey "Olivia" line. Perfect match with PTI's Mini Blooms. Dots and flowers, I both love them. Some stitching and a lovely sentiment for the finishing touch.
Have you already decided what you are going to use instead of google reader? Anyone any experiences with bloglovin? It would be very easy if you can transfer the blogs into a new programme. Do they offer a service like Google Friend Connect?
That's it for today! Back to work. This afternoon is booked for studying. Tonight we have the annual barbecue of our church. Hopefully the weather will be okay...

Enjoy your birthday
One of the advantages of having holiday is that I get "permission" to go to my craft room and make a card! So this week a few more blogposts than you are used to. Let's say to compensate my absence in previous weeks.
This card is made with PTI's Mini Blooms. Love that set! And the 'birthday' die gives the card just that bit extra. The challenge on the Passion for Papetrey blog is about stamping backgrounds. Perfect background isn't it?
Thanks for stopping by! Hope to see you soon!

Happy Hexagons
Here I am again. Last week I attended a study week in Broadstairs, UK. I'm looking back on a wonderful week with a great group of fellow students, good teachers, a lovely host family and lots of sunhine (not a drop of rain at all!). This week was part of my Teachers Trainings Course. Little by little I get my credits done.
I'm one of the lucky teachers in secondary education who have got another week of holiday. This week will be busy with studying for my tests in June, household chorus, a little sunbathing and crafty time.
My parents have visitors from the States and they brought me some PTI goodies! Lucky me!
These cards are made with PTI's Happy Hexagons stamps and die and the sentiments are from Mini Blooms .
I'd like to link these cards to this week's challenge 'Hexagon' at the CASology blog.
Thanks for coming by!
